Shipping Policy


COVID-19 UPDATE

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with government and health officials' recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

    We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, January 2nd, Good Friday, Easter MondayNational Patriots’ Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day, Simcoe Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping
On occasion we offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We ships to most countries worldwide via Canada Post for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping rates
  • We charge per Canada Post, Chitchats and their partners published rates.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

Canadian

  • Packages ship Canada Post or Chitchats within Canada, unless specified otherwise
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses 
  • We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the destination or DIM weight of the package.

International

  • Packages ship Canada Post or Chitchats, and/or their international shipping partners for international shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post and/or Chitchats to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada. Good Vibes Shop is also not responsible for stolen packages.

Packages undeliverable by Canada Post, Chitchats and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately by email at hello@goodvibesshop.co so we can send you the correct items.

Lost Shipment

If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Good Vibes Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim Good Vibes Shop cannot issue a refund, but we will send over a shop discount for you to use on our website.
